Have you heard the news yet? Unless you live in Russia, you probably have. Not even joking, the regular citizens are being told through the Russian news outlets that Ukraine is done and it’s time to celebrate. Even posting the “we won!” article ahead of time. Sure, it’s been deleted, but the Internet never forgets.

Anyway, let’s reel it back a little for those three of you that have no idea what’s going on. On February 24, 2022, Russian army forces started a full-fledged invasion of Ukraine. Do not misunderstand, this war did not start last week. It started back in 2014 when Putin annexed Crimea and subsequently Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

Ukraine has been fighting this war for eight long years, and now we have finally got the attention of the European Union, NATO, and the USA. Too bad this happened only when Putin started bombing civilians, schools, children’s hospitals, and wiping entire towns off the map just to feed his ego.

Sadly (for Putin), he and his goons didn’t realize that Ukrainians are more resilient than any bombs and rockets flying straight at them. In just four days of this hellish invasion, the enemy forces have lost over 5000 soldiers and hundreds upon hundreds of tanks, fighter jets, drones, and other military vehicles. They’re scared, the morale is low, they have no supplies, but most importantly, they’re fighting out of fear while the Ukrainian army is defending their land and loved ones. There’s no possible way for Putin to win this war, but he still has the nuclear option, so it may be his coup de grace as a final “F you” to the world.

So while innocent people are getting shelled, here’s a comprehensive guide in case you want to donate some extra bucks to help the Ukrainian Army. Or alternatively, just help spread the news about Putin’s war crimes.

Oh, right, the celebrities! It’s not surprising that people all over the world are siding with the nation that’s being invaded, but some of these people are more than just talking heads. From Angelina Jolie to Jim Carrie to Mark Ruffalo — they’re all helping one way or another, and so should you!
